1) Head Cover Gasket
12341-PM7-000

2.1) Do I need "Spark Plug Tube Seal" aka "GASKET B, HEAD COVER (SUPERCEDED: 12342-PT2-000)"?
I am not changing the plugs - I have platinum sparks in there.
12342-PG6-000
2.2) Do I need the "Top Grommets" 7 of them

All years gen 1 Integras take the same kit. I would go and use the set with the gasket. grommets and stem seals. These only last around five years. Helpful hint. Inspect around the interface of the end cam caps and the head. Usually there's a dab of RTV there to help seal the cover gasket corners. Advise you to clean that out and apply another fresh dab at all eight locations.
