Weight of manual transmission

Postby trent » June 8th, 2016, 3:12 am

I put a new clutch in recently. I weighed the transmission together with the long shift rod that extends to the shifter. They are 72.8 pounds according to a bathroom scale that measures in 0.2 pound increments.

Another bit of good info! Thank you sir! Every time I've shipped one it's been around 75 pounds.
