I'd have to dig for those on my old computer. I guess everything was wiped out on two servers now? We use to have a members rides section that had pics and list of mods years ago.

Stuart Wing, life insurance claims assessor

Got my first teg and joined the forum in 06, gothic grey auto which my aunt owned from new. the plan was to b16a swap and manual conversion which turned out to be over my head, so I scrapped that in place for a white 87 manual. Since getting a v8 sports sedan my go fast desires are satisfied, so I've dropped the swap and now I just want to build a teg in all its GP/F1 glory, and then some

My name is Ami. I just turned 26. Apologies to anyone who remembers me when I was younger! I study Automotive Technology and Business Administration, and eventually want to work for a manufacturer. I run the https://www.facebook.com/AcuraIntegras page, and make sure to show love to first generation Integras quite regularly. I have made some great friends on this website, and am quite happy to still keep in touch with some of them.

If InvaderTrax, Spunkster, TsunamiZC, and anyone else that I haven't talked to sees this, hello! :D

*****

I gave away my DA3 (to a good home) when I was 21, but I truly do love and miss that car.

Image

Now, I am old and evil and drive a 3.2 CL Type S 6MT.

Image

I still have two Integras, and look forward to the sweet day in the future when I buy an LS Special Edition.

I am Lodi van Dam, 19 years old and from The Netherlands.
At the moment I am following a Bachelor's Degree in Automotive.

My brother likes to see me work on cars, so he bought me a 1.5L 5 door teg. (yes, only in europe(?)) haha
He also helps me to keep the car running:)

One of the things I am planning on doing is to put Yamaha R1 carbs on my engine, and installing a right-side mirror, since mine came without one!:P

That would be about it I guess :)

id stay away from r1 carbs.. they are a pain to work on and parts are hard to find. better off using gsxr carbs or like most honda guys run gsxr750/1000 itbs and stay FI.

Let me introduce myself....

My name is Gerbrand Veenstra, born december 5 in 1981 and I live in Holland.
I am a musician, video editor and sound recording engineer.
Have my own recording studio.

(me, playing with a band on a party at a friend of mine)
Image

My former job was at a car repair station where I did paintjobs and coatings.

My first car was an Integra from 1987:

Image

Sadly I had an accident that caused the end of this car.
So, the second car was another Integra from 1989:

Image

After a few years and lots of kilometres, it was so rusty, it wasn't repairable...
Integra's were rare here (and more rare now!)
But then I found a 2nd generation Integra (the only one in the Netherlands back then!)
So my third car was this Acura Integra from 1990:

Image

Sadly I had a lot of troubles with it, and when all troubles where solved, it had a frontal collision....

Not having a car anymore, I bought a 1990 Ford Escort GT MK4 from my sister (she needed to get rid of it):

Image

After a year I sold it to my neighbour because I got a 1993 Nissan Sunny from my parents:

Image

After a few years I came across another Integra (from 1988).

Image

I drove it for a little while, but it was very very rusty.... I still have it, but I will strip it soon for parts.

The Nissan was sold and I bought myself a 1998 Honda Accord Jewel (CE8), wich I still have and it is my daily driver.
I like it very much!!!

Image

Today I bought another (1988) Integra, wich runs great, but the interior and paintjob is terrible... (so I will put the interior of the red one into this one and give the car a new paintjob)

Image

This Integra is really good and almost no rust!

So... to be continued!

Greetings from the Netherlands!

I still love my job! :D The challenges of diagnosing problems that arise is what pleases me the most. Is the valve bad, is the actuator bad, is the the air supply present, where is that noise coming from is the breaker tripped, is the float switch working, is the liquid sensor dirty, is the strip pump dirty, is the vacuum pump loaded with water? Lots of variables to keep things running correctly.
