These are 1998-2001 GS-R Blades, which are 15", equaling a +1" or "plus one" upgrade from the G1's factory setup.
I purchased some good 205/50/15 all-season tires and it felt great. IMO, first gens should have come with 15" wheels all along.

I've included two pictures from the T-I thread to specify your 4x100 options from newer Integras.
USDM 1990-1993:
USDM 1994-2001: I crossed out the Integra Type R wheels because they are the wrong lug pattern.
You can also look into 4x100 Civic and Fit wheels. 1999-2000 Civic Si wheels would probably look real nice on a first gen.
