NEED HELP ON B16A SWAP

So i am working on a b16a swap in my teg and after i get everything plugged in and rewired i am throwing a solid red code. I dont know what to do just want to get my car back on the road. Im lost and at my wits end here pleade help

Might be a bad ecu. Do you have a spare to try? I was able to use a non vtec ecu for testing and it idled ok.

A b18 non vtec ecu will allow the car to start and run and then it will through an engine code as the sensors are pinned differently.
Seems really odd to be solid red not flashing. When you turn the key does the LED flash red whilst it goes through the fuel pump power up?
