Steering Hub Boss Kit?

Which steering hub adapter (Boss Kit) come with the slit cut out of the cylinder, in the middle of the back of the steering wheel that accepts the spline and mates into the clock on the steering column, to turn off the blinkers after completing a turn on the street?

One from a 88-91 Civic hatch or 90-93 Integra will also work.
