Aftermarket Seat Covers-Floor Mats

Postby evtsteward » March 20th, 2013, 3:25 pm

Need opinions for the above. Looking to cover the aging SEs front and rear split back bench seats. I've cleaned and recently had professionally cleaned the seats and it appears the orange/brown aged foam and/or fabric is leaking into the cream colored parts of the seats. The fabric itself is holding up rather well. Just need to do something with the disgusting brown/tan spotting everywhere. I'll be attaching the covers rather well using hog rings and such. Don't rely on those elastic/plastic clip crap. Then I'll be searching for aftermarket floor mats to finish it up. 8-)

Bumping this up. Can anyone recomend seat covers that fit our front seats decent? I am concerned with the side lubars causing issues.

Have you contacted someone like katzskin to see if they have something available. Anytime i've had interior work custom or basic stock look i find local places do excellent work but of course you have to research.

While I'm waiting to win the lottery to afford a custom upholstery makeover, I'd just like to get decent, comfortable, non slip seat covers, preferably in cloth fabric. 8-)

Sorry didn't know what range you were looking in. How about a set of oem covers. http://www.ebay.com/itm/1988-89-Acura-I ... 1158616686
